                                                                    Print When we have completed our task and want to take print out our document or we can say hard copy require of that soft copy then use the print option. We can print out with the two ways:- 1.)   Press Ctrl + P then Print dialog box will come. 2.)  Click to Ms Office Button and click to print option.                                                          SAVE AS Save As:-   Save As is the option where we can re save our document means, once we would save our document in any location with appropriate location but if we want save it with different location or same location with same name of different name then only we would use Save As button.   Save a file If we have made a file and want to reuse that file for future use so first of all we have to save our file with appropriate name though we can reuse it. When we save a file, we can save it to a folder on our hard disk drive, a network location, disk, CD, the desktop, or another storage location. We need to identify the target location in the Save in list. Otherwise, the saving process is the same, no matter what location we choose. Do the following in MS Word 2007 to save our files. 1.)      Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Save.  2.)      Keyboard shortcut   To save the file, press CTRL+S.                                                   Open Button   When we have saved our file in side of folder with specified location for the purpose of re-usability then only one option will help which is OPEN Button. If you want to open a file in Microsoft Office Word 2007, you have several options for how the file opens. 1.)      Keyboard shortcut To display the   Open   dialog box, press CTRL+O. 2.)      Click the   Microsoft Office Button and then click   Open. 3.)      In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.     4.)      In the   Look in   list, click the folder, drive, or Internet location that contains the file that you want to open.  Note: - By default, the files that you see in the   Open   dialog box are only those files that are created by the program that you are using.
