                      Start working of Office button

The Microsoft Office Button replaces the File menu in word 2007 and is located in the upper-left corner of these Microsoft Office programs.
When you click the Microsoft Office Button we see the same basic commands available in earlier releases of Microsoft Office to open, save, and print files.
However, in the 2007 Office release, more commands are now available, such as Finish and Publish.
Options are:-
New
Open
Save
Save As
Print
Prepare
Sand
Publish
Close

So basically these are the options and every options do different works .meanwhile in the same it has word options and exit word also which we will learn step by steps.

MS Office[Close]

Close Close: -   If we want to close only pages of opened documents then we would choose Close option.   By the help of Close we can close only pages of the particular Document. There is some actions after clicking close button. 1.)                   If we would click this button than all Pages of that document and Ribbon will deactivate. 2.)                   Only Two options will be in active mode New and Open.
