                                                         Cover Page With the help of Cover Page we can insert fully formatted Cover Page. MS Office Word 2007 offers a gallery of convenient  pre designed  cover pages. Choose a cover page and replace the sample text with our own. -:SELECT OPTION:- SELECT:-   With the help of select option we can select choose data.Some time we need only text data and some time we need to select only object data. Than only this will help us to selection. Basically select option have three options: 1.) Select All 2.) Select Object 3.) Select Text with Similar Formatting  1.)   SELECT ALL :-   With the help of select text we can select only text which we have entered in the document it will remain other things like objects etc. Example: -  If we want to select all the text which we have entered in the page then we should go to editing option have select option in which we have to click in Select All option. Then we will find that all the text data will selected without leaving any line even it will hold one or more than one pages.  in this picture we have some objects as well as some text also. when we will click to the Select All option than it will select only text.

                                              Replacement Of Words/Phrase Replace :-Replace helps to replace text in the documents. By it we can automatically replace a word or phrase with another. Shortcut - Ctrl+H. For example, we can replace   document   with   page. v     On the   Home   tab, in the   Editing   group, click   Replace . v     Click the   Replace   tab. v     In the Find what box, type the text that we want to search   for. v    In the  Replace with  box, type the replacement text. 1.      To replace an occurrence of the text, click  Replace . After you click  Replace , Office Word 2007 moves to the next occurrence of the text. 2.      To replace all occurrences of the text, click  Replace All .                                 GoTo   GoTo helps us to Navigate to a specific place in the document. Depending on the type of document, you can navigate to a specific page number, line number, footnote, table, comment, or other object. We can select GoTo option in the editing section. 1. Select to find--->then click GoTo option. When we select GoTo option then this dialog box will appear.  By the help of this dialog box we can move in particular Page no or Section or Line or Bookmark or Comments or Footnote or Endnote or Field or Table or Graphic or Equation or Object or Heading then we should enter the particular number to this textbox and click to next then we will reach to the entered value. By the help of this dialog box we will select medium to GoToWhat then Enter the number and then click to next after that we will reach in the selection area.  Lets See by the Example:- Here we have 10 lines.
