Send
Send:- When we want to send our documents distributed manner then we have some online services which is available in MS Word 2007.
                       We can open send option by clicking to office button.
It has two basic options like:

1.) Email

2.) Internet Fax.


Send a document in an e-mail message:- 

To send a document as an e-mail message (not as an attachment), you need to add the Send to Mail Recipient command to the Quick Access Toolbar.
Do the following in these Microsoft Office programs:
Word 2007
Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Word Options

1.     Click Customize, and then in the Choose commands from list, click All Commands.

1.     Click Send to Mail Recipient, and then click Add to add the command to the Quick Access Toolbar.
Send a document as an attachment
Do the following in these Microsoft Office programs:
Word
Click the Microsoft Office Button, point to Send, and then click E-mail.


On the File menu, point to Send To, and then click Mail Recipient (as Attachment).


Send an Internet Fax

Step 1

Right-click the document you want to send as a fax, select "Open with" and click "Microsoft Office Word" from the list of options.


Step 2
Click the "Office" button, and then click "Send." Click "Internet Fax" from the list of options.

Step 3
Select one of the available fax services and follow the signup process. These services usually require a monthly payment. Some do offer a trial where you can test out the service first before committing. Enter a valid email address as well as your billing information to sign up for the service.



Step 4
Repeat Step 2 once you have signed up for a fax service. Enter the recipient and subject, and then click the "Send" button.


Down Load Fax

Print to Fax
Step 1
Click the "Office" button, followed by "Print."
Step 2
Right-click the document you want to send as a fax and select "Open with." Click "Microsoft Office Word" from the list of options.
Step 3
Select "Fax" from the drop-down menu below the Printer section. Click "Properties" to set your fax options such as the paper size and image quality.
Step 4
Click the "OK" button to return to the print screen, and then click "OK" to start the fax setup. Click "Connect to fax modem" or "Connect to a fax server on my network," depending on the computer setup in your business. Follow the wizard instructions for connecting to the fax modem or fax server. The New Fax window opens.
Step 5
Click the "To" button and enter the recipients for the fax. Type the subject of the fax in the Subject input box. Select a cover page from the drop-down menu next to "Cover Page."
Step 6
Type your message in the body of the document and click the "Send" button. The Word document is automatically attached to your fax in the TIF format.
